God

In the beginning God...

In a world where darkness seems to rule, there is a Light, a Hope that burns in many hearts of men. That Hope and that Light comes from the Omnipotent, Omnipresent God. Still people like to ask questions as why are there wars, why are people starving, why this and why that... Please allow me to tell you a little story...

The man with the birdcage
There once was a man, who had a birdcage full of birds. He had big birds and small birds, yellow birds, black birds, white birds even red birds, old and young ones. That man who owned the cage "collected" birds, I say collected, but actually he just took them from nature. Every single bird that he saw, he took them all. Once in the cage he started to hurt the birds, simply with a needle he started to stick that needle in de wings of the birds. He would give them food, bad food, but since the birds didn't know better they ate everything the man gave them. This evil man did this everyday. He was obsessed by hurting birds. This horror continued untill...

One day the evil man was standing next to a road and there was a young man passing by and he saw the evil man. The young man said: "Why are you hurting those poor birds?" The evil man didn't want to respond, he just kept on hurting the birds. The young man asked that evil man another question: " Those are very nice birds, can I buy those birds? " Now the evil man looked up and said, "ofcourse... In trade of that nice jacket of yours..." The young man was quiet for a while, that jacket was the most precious thing he owned, but he agreed and gave the evil man the jacket.

The young man got the cage and opened the door, many birds flew away into the open air... but a few birds remained in the cage and started hurting eachother. The young man looked at this and cried... Since the door was open, the only thing they had to do was to fly, but it is still their choice, he didn't want to force any bird to do anything, since he wasn't like the evil man, who forced every bird to do what he wanted...

Thus the story ends... many birds flew back to nature, but there were still birds in the cage fighting eachother...

The End

The devil tried to hurt mankind since he was on this earth, but God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so that who ever believe in Him, shall not perish but have eternal life (John. 3:16). Jesus, gave His very best at the cross, by giving His life, He bought us free. Like the young man, who gave his jacket... well let me tell you one thing my friend, Jesus gave much more than a jacket to but us free from the hands of satan. He paid with His life, my Lord laid down His life, but on the third day... On the third day He took back, He took back and resuurected in Power and Glory... I'm telling you my friend My Lord is Able, more than Able to deliver you from everything, from pain, sickness, hunger even war! But my friend, you gotto FLY out of the birdcage into nature, into Gods Nature and start a new life, a life with GOD!

Don't worry I won't try to convince you anymore, for it is the Holy Spirit that will convince you right now. So if you want to start to live your life with God, if you want to fly out of the cage, if you want to see what's freedom's really like... You know, freedom isn't just a life in natural peace, freedom is living in harmony with God, freedom is living under the Smile of God, freedom is living in peace WITH God. So if you really wanne be free, just pray this prayer with me...

In Jesus name I pray,

Amen.
